A "100% finished" guarantee for infinite lists. We work through your priorities one-by-one until the 6-hour clock stops.
Total "from scratch" rebuilds. If you need a whole new engine instead of a tune-up, our Custom App Builds service is the better fit.
Ongoing support beyond the one-week window. You get seven days of email follow-up to ensure things are running smoothly, but anything beyond that requires a new session or a Support Plan.
External costs and subscriptions. Any third-party software fees or setup costs needed for your tools are your responsibility.

When your Tech Day arrives, I focus entirely on your list for six straight hours. You don’t need to be stuck on a call with me, but stay available via messaging for quick feedback so I can keep the momentum going and move down your list.
Step 3
Walk away with your high-priority tasks cleared, a custom training video for any new logic I added, and a full week of email support for any follow-up questions. We tackle the most critical items first, ensuring you get maximum relief and value from our time together.

It depends on your list, but most clients knock out 5–10 items. Simple bug fixes and design tweaks go fast; complex logic or deep integrations take more time. We’ll prioritize your "must-haves" during our prep call to ensure the most critical tasks are handled first.

It happens! You’re booking 6 focused hours of my expertise, not a guaranteed completion of a never-ending spreadsheet. We tackle the most important tasks first so that even if the clock runs out, the heavy lifting is done. If there’s more to do, you can always book another session or move into a support plan.

The prep call is our roadmap. We’ll review your list together and I’ll give you a realistic estimate of what we can fit into 6 hours. You decide the order of importance, and I work from top to bottom until the session ends.

I limit the number of Tech Days I take each month to keep the quality high. Usually, the booking window is 2–4 weeks out, but I occasionally have last-minute openings for urgent fixes.

Not necessarily. Tech Day is great for tuning up existing tools, but it’s also perfect for building very simple "one-job" tools from scratch. If your idea is complex or needs weeks of development, our Custom Build service is likely the better path.
