Step 1 - The Discovery Call
We’ll start with a free 15-minute call to talk about your idea. You tell me how you want the tool to work and what other apps it needs to "talk to" (like your email or a spreadsheet). I’ll give you a clear price and a timeline so you know exactly what to expect.
Step 2 - The Blueprint
Before I touch any code, I’ll create a detailed plan for your app. This is your roadmap. You’ll see exactly what features are included and how the app will function so there are no surprises once the building starts.
Step 3 - The Build Phase
This is where I bring your tool to life. I’ll build the app and send you previews along the way. We’ll test it together to make sure every button does exactly what you expect and the design looks great on your phone and computer.
Step 4 - The Handover
Your tool goes live. I’ll walk you through how everything works and show you how to manage it yourself. You’ll walk away with a professional tool that you own completely. No monthly software "rent" and no complicated manuals.
Step 5 - The Safety Net
You get two full weeks of email support after we launch. As you start using your new app in the real world, I’m here to answer questions or make minor tweaks to ensure it’s helping your business run smoother.

It depends on the scope of your tool. A $500 Quick MVP usually goes from discovery to launch in about one week. A $1,500 Full App typically takes 2–4 weeks. Your responsiveness during the feedback stages is the biggest factor in how fast we cross the finish line.

Yes. To keep things simple, we split the investment into two parts: 50% to start the project and the remaining 50% due just before we take your tool live. You’re also welcome to pay in full if you want to get the paperwork out of the way.

I won’t leave you stranded. You can join our Priority Support Plan ($300/month) for ongoing maintenance and updates, or you can book one-off tweaks at $150/hour whenever you need a quick adjustment.

I need you to be very involved during the discovery and planning phases—after all, it’s your vision we’re building. Once the building starts, you can step back and focus on your business. I’ll check in with you for feedback at key milestones and we’ll do a final walkthrough together.

The beauty of owning your tool is that it can grow with you. If you need additions that fit into a single day of work, you can book a Tech Day ($1,000). For major expansions or new "phases" of your app, we can hop on a call and I’ll provide a separate quote for the project.

Absolutely. Many clients start by learning the basics in a Kickstart Session and then decide they’d rather have me build the "Pro" version for them. We can always build on top of what you already have to make it more robust.
