Because templates are delivered digitally, they’re non-refundable once purchased. That said, I want them to actually work for you. If you run into installation issues or something isn’t behaving the way it should, reach out and I’ll help you troubleshoot.

If your question is about using or customizing one of my templates, absolutely. For account billing issues or deeper platform-level questions, Squarespace support will be the fastest route.

If you’re not sure which bucket your question falls into, just ask and I’ll point you in the right direction.

I usually respond within 24 hours on business days, Monday through Friday. Messages sent over the weekend will be answered on Monday.

If something feels time-sensitive and is related to a service you’ve already purchased, just flag that in your message.

I focus exclusively on Squarespace. It keeps things simpler and allows me to go deeper on one platform instead of spreading things thin.
