  • Yep! Most projects include a deposit to kick things off, with the balance due at launch. If you need something different, just bring it up during our chat and we'll figure something out.

  • Templates are non-refundable once purchased because they're delivered digitally. That said, if something's broken or not behaving right, reach out. I'm not going to leave you stuck.

  • Depends on the question! If it's about one of my templates, yes, absolutely. If it's a general "how does Squarespace work" kind of thing, I'd point you to Squarespace support since they'll get you an answer way faster than I can. Not sure? Just ask.

  • I typically respond within 1-2 business days. Weekends are off the table, so if you reach out Friday afternoon, Monday it is. If something's urgent, just say so in your message.

  • Absolutely. The only requirement is that you're on Squarespace or open to switching. If that's you, we're good to go.
