Step 2 - Strategy & Build

Together, we'll dive deep into your business, brand, and goals. You'll complete our content workbook, and we'll create a custom site plan tailored to your needs.

Step 3 - Custom Design & Build

This is where the magic happens. We'll build your completely custom website from the ground up. A beautiful site designed specifically for your business.

Step 4 - Website Reveal

We'll schedule your 90-minute reveal call where we walk you through your completed website. Want changes? We'll make them live during our call until it's absolutely perfect.

Step 5 - Launch & Support

Your custom website goes live, and your 6 months of Maintenance+ begins. You'll have priority access to us for any updates, changes, or support you need.

  • The custom build takes approximately one month (and often less than a month) from the day we receive your completed content workbook. However, timeline can vary based on your responsiveness and the complexity of your project.

  • Yes! Payment can be split:

    • 25% to secure your spot

    • 50% when we start

    • 25% due before launch

    You can also pay in full if you prefer.

  • You can continue with Maintenance+ at our regular monthly rate ($199/month), switch to Basic Maintenance ($50/month), or manage everything yourself. It's completely up to you (no pressure either way).

  • You'll be very involved in the strategy phase (it's your business, after all!), but once we start building, you can step back and let us work. We'll check in at key milestones and make any adjustments you want during the reveal call.

  • We can absolutely add more pages! We'll discuss additional page needs during our discovery call and adjust the scope and pricing accordingly.

  • We provide copywriting consultation and guidance to help you with your message, but you'll write the actual content. If you need full copywriting services, we can refer you to trusted copywriters.

  • The Template Restyle starts with an existing template and customizes it. The Whole SHEBANG! is a completely custom design built from scratch specifically for your business, plus you get 6 months of comprehensive support included.

  • Absolutely! You own your website completely. The 6 months of maintenance is included support, not a requirement. After that, you choose how you want to work with us going forward.

  • Absolutely! If you've already worked with us on a Template Restyle and want to upgrade to a fully custom site, we can discuss credit options and transition planning. Just reach out and we'll figure out what makes sense.

  • This package is perfect for established small businesses ready to make a significant investment in their online presence, whether you're starting fresh or completely redoing an outdated site.
